To run the program as an Administrator, follow these steps:

• On the Internet Explorer shortcut: Right-Click and select Properties
• In the "Shortcut" tab, click "Advanced? button
• Check "Run as administrator"
• Click "Ok" button.
• Then open the Internet Explorer again and right click the IE toolbar area. Select " DesktopSmiley Toolbar".
• The Toolbar will be shown now.

DesktopSmiley Toolbar is only compatible on Internet Explorer version 6 or up. You may select View and then Tools, and see if there is checked on DesktopSmiley Toolbar entry. If there is not tick sign besides, please check the DesktopSmiley Toolbar entry and it will show up.

You may uncheck the statement for receiving email updates under Options -> Edit Profile. Your preference will be updated and we will no longer send you the email newsletter.

You may go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs. Select DesktopSmiley Toolbar and click Remove. The DesktopSmiley Toolbar uninstaller will then be called out to perform the un-installation.

• Click Edit Search Engine List
  
• Use the Left/Right cursors to move the Search Engine into/out from the Active List. Pop, Ringtone and Google search are sponsored search engines. Use Up/Down cursors to change the display sequence of the search engine list.
